Any purchase on Our Website can only be cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Refund Policy. Please read our Refund Policy to learn more about your right to cancel Your Order.

Reading appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by Mystic Pathways at the discretion and availability of Mystic Pathways. 

                                                 Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy for Readings:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require rescheduling or canceling your appointment. However, please note the following policy regarding late arrivals and cancellations:

Late Arrival: If you notify us that you will be more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to either shorten your meeting duration or reschedule your appointment, depending on availability.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $25.00 being charged to your account.

No Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be entitled to a rescheduling of your appointment or a refund of your appointment fee.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to the above policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We strive to provide accurate information regarding our Goods, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product specifications, and availability. We reserve the right to change or update prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

Payments

Payment can be made through various methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Store In-App Payments, and Google Play In-App Payments. Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay in placing Your Order if required authorization is not received.

Recurring Payments: Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

In the event of an error in collecting a recurring payment, we will attempt to rectify the situation within seven (7) days. If payment is not collected within this period, access to the subscription will be removed, and we will cancel future charges for that subscription. Similar procedures apply for errors in collecting the first payment after a free trial.

Subscriptions with a Trial Period

If You don’t cancel a subscription before the end of the trial period, full payment for the subscription will be collected at the end of the trial period. Please review our Promotions rules and Privacy Policy if you participate in any Promotions.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Website may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Website. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your password, whether on Our Website or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
